HELD is an intimate, legally facilitated natural medicine journey for women, women-identified, and non-binary participants experiencing burnout, caregiver fatigue, or the accumulated weight of secondary trauma. For one day, you don't have to be the one holding it all. You get to be held.
The day centers rest, safety, spaciousness, and belonging, with legal natural medicine held within Colorado's regulated framework.
Come as you are: tired, hopeful, uncertain, tender, strong, or all of those things at once.
Can't make Nov. 21st? HELD will be a series of experiences offered throughout 2026 & 2027 - Apply today to join the waitlist for future offerings!

Meet Your Facilitators
Sarah Hope, NCC, NMCF
I am a psychedelic guide, integration educator, and nature-based mentor with over a decade of experience walking alongside people in altered states, spiritual awakening, and deep life transitions. My work is rooted in old-school psychedelic values; relationship, preparation, context, and integration, rather than trends or quick-fix spirituality.
I facilitate private retreats grounded in respect for traditional knowledge, place-based wisdom, and ethical ceremony. These aren't about peak experiences alone, but about learning how to live differently afterward; more connected, embodied, and aligned with what was revealed.
My path here wasn't quick. Twenty years ago, as a young single mother building a "respectable" career, I first heard the call of plant medicine and kept my distance. I needed to raise my daughters first; I couldn't risk the unknown. So I waited, until my body finally broke down from years of pushing through, and I turned to the plants instead of another prescription. That changed everything. I found my way home to myself, trained as a nature-connected coach, and have devoted myself since to guiding others back to their own true nature.
I believe psychedelics aren't tools to be mastered, but relationships to be tended; with humility, preparation, and care.
Lisa Fox, M.Ed., BCBA, NMCF
I'm Lisa Fox, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over twenty years of experience in behavioral science, trauma-informed care, and values-based intervention. I integrate Clinical Behavior Analysis, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches to support people navigating complex behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs.
Trained in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy at Naropa University, I bring a grounded, safety-driven approach to preparation, facilitation support, and integration within Colorado's natural medicine framework. My work weaves together science and spirituality through mindful awareness, grounding breath work practices, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed guidance.
I've spent my career supporting caregivers, neurodivergent individuals, and professionals across clinical, educational, and community settings, people who give so much of themselves to others that they forget how to receive care in return. Guided by my own ongoing journey of healing and self-discovery, I approach this work with authenticity, mindfulness, and relational care rather than clinical distance.
I believe you have the inherent ability to access your truest potential. My hope for HELD is simple: that you leave having put something down.
